Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures and knowledge as a twin mom and pediatric nurse practitioner. Hope you have a nice stay!

Twin Schedules: Birth - 2.5 Years

Twin Schedules: Birth - 2.5 Years

One of THE smartest things you can do as a twin mom is to follow another twin mom on social media that has kids several months older than yours. Anticipating changes and what developmentally comes next is key. You can stay ahead of the game that way and know when times might be on the verge of getting tough. So, that’s why I’m always here to share some of our insight with you.

Many mothers find it helpful to see other twins’ day-to-day schedules regarding sleep at night, daytime naps, meals, and other activities. For those with kids less than or around 2.5-years-old, I have our past and present daily schedules put together in organized tables for you here.

While the way we do things may not be perfect and may be a little different from how you do it, I just wanted to provide these tables as a mere reference. Of course, it goes without saying that some days we tweak the schedules a little here and there to accommodate certain activities or curveballs. Hope this is helpful to someone out there!
